I've lived at Wilshire for 2 years now and I've loved it! Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. The maintenance team is always on top of things and quick to help! It's nice that everything is included in the price and it's definitely one of the nicer apartments for student living in Wilmington.

I highly recommend Wilshire! We had an issue at first with a random roommate and Wilshire worked diligently to solve it! We found a solution and now our new roommate is great! The facilities are very clean, parking is great, and staff is so nice! 10/10 recommend!

If you are a parent looking for a safe/clean place for your child to live - THIS IS NOT IT!! Management continues to disregard request, the security gate is constantly broken and we have been asking for months for the ducts to be cleaned. there is literally black chunks coming out of the duct work. Current management response is that the quote from their own HVAC company is too high so they are seeking other quotes. Meanwhile my daughter can't breath in her own apartment. In addition, the charge for utilities is absurd. I do believe the issue is the old HVAC units not being properly maintained and/or needing to be replaced so they are extremely inefficient.

Overcharge for utilities. My daughter moved out of her apartment when school was canceled due to the pandemic. I called and let them know we would finish paying out the lease but WOULD NOT be paying overages on utilities. Now I’m still fighting with them on the electricity for the months my daughter WAS NOT living there. I would never rent from this company again. Her roommate had free utilities due to renewing her lease. When we didn’t renew, her electricity kept going up. Now they want us to pay for electricity when she wasn’t even living there. Look elsewhere..

First and foremost, Wilshire Landing nor Camden Forest isn't worth the time and effort for your bang-for-buck. Those locations are controlled by the same property manager. Logan Alston is the worst manager. My experience living there was the worst. The WIFI was terrible at each unit due to having a multiple building share one WIFI extended router. If you play video games or like streaming videos, movies etc. forget it will buffer all day long. It’s so bad you won't be able to finish work and school related assignments. Let me tell you about the maintenance request for living at Wilshire Landing and Camden Forest. It will take about 2 to 3 weeks in-order for someone to come out there and fix the related issues necessary in your unit. The property manager is called Preiss! Also, once move out day appears the property manager will charge you questionable charges on your portal once you moved out. They use the money to pocket for commission based. Basically, they upcharge tenants for expenses they didn't create. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live at either location. The property manager will price gouge once you move out even if the unit is left in one peace. Save yourself from living at an off-campus student living facility you have better options at a cheaper market rate. Don’t live at a student living apartment complex you are bound to be screwed especially these locations. Sincerely Former Tenant
