Although I was terribly disappointed when I began experiencing problems with the infotainment screen malfunctioning daily after only owning my DREAM TRUCK for about a month and having only put about 4,000 miles on it. (Of course you know this is a top of the line 78,000 truck) After scheduling an appointment for repair, the service team got right on it and connected their computer to my truck so it could be updated. Even though I don’t understand why a brand new truck needs to be updated, this appears to have remedied the problem. The service manager explained that future updates will come to my truck automatically.
