Great experience, I met one of my best friends there and together we could talk about our situations without being scared that the other person would share our private information with others outside of the center. Otherwise the food was great, great staff, except for one of the MHTs she yelled and was crabby all the time, one of the staff had a cigarette in her pocket which is very unacceptable especially in a mental health hospital. The nurses and staff had to wear masks even though we got tested and didn't have to. They could use new beds, more pillows, bigger showers, they could close the door at night and not have them locked which a lot of people sleep with doors locked at night. I would def come back to willow creek if I had to go back to a mental health hospital they make u feel like ur at home,(wear pjs all day, take long showers, eat all the food you want, wear socks all the time) Thanks to all the staff, Rusha, kenny, bobby, adam, etc

Honestly loved it. Teen unit was nice and the staff were amazing. I met some really great people as well. But I only saw my therapist once during my 8 day stay and IU had to request her for two days.
