I've worked mainly with two people at Eddy's - Regan, who helped track down a part for my 2020 Ram truck, and David in service when I had a minor issue following a service appointment. Both were very attentive and basically became my advocates. I told them what I needed, and they took it from there. I have never been a fan of any dealership, but my experience at Eddy's, and these two employees in particular, have changed my mind, at least on this dealership. I've only spoken briefly to a few other employees, but no matter how busy they are, they have all been polite, responsive, and helpful.

Mr. Elijah had his work cut out for him with trying to get me in a vehicle. I figured when I got denied a couple months ago that that was it I wouldn't hear from him anymore. Thank God that wasn't the case. This young man exemplifies going above and beyond for a stranger for someone that has not the best of credit for just listening and showing compassion I would not go anywhere else for another vehicle ever again in my life as long as he still working. And then you have Mr Shawn on the insurance that not only listen to me and was compassionate and understanding but he also found me a better deal than what I could find on the internet with a better company those two gentlemen were nothing but professional {comma} understanding {comma} courteous {comma} knowledgeable {comma} and wanting to honestly help get me into a vehicle not for any other reason but so I would have a vehicle. Bought a brand new Jeep here today. As much as I didn’t want to have to buy a new car, today was an outstanding experience. Luis Fuentes was my salesperson, and made it the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. From the financing, to the sales managers, it was a pleasure to not be pressured, pushed, or coerced into something I really didn’t want.
