Awful customer service. After paying to transport the vehicle up north I had to clean and hoover the vehicle out and not for a little mess either. The vehicle then had an issue with it which was under warranty and offered zero help/assistance in either transporting the vehicle back to be repaired (meaning the warranty was useless because of the travelling distance) or would not even offer to source a repair shop closer to home even with my offer to pay for some of the repair as a compromise. Definitely do not purchase from here especially if you are not from the area.

I recently purchased a car from Graham Hilton Cars, and they were brilliant from start to finish. I couldn't view the car due to covid restrictions but Kyle reassured me the car was in fantastic condition which was backed up by a video via WhatsApp and explained to me I have 14 days to return the vehicle if I don't like it which instantly filled me with confidence.
