Extremely disappointing! Drove an hour to get there, got there 30 minutes after they opened, waited over an hour for a table, the only staff that was friendly was the guy walking around handing out beads. I paid 30 for my plate and the fish tasted like dirt, the shrimp was bland and I kept finding shell in my crab cake and my crab stuffed mushrooms. When my husband went to pay our bill, the cashier was busy on the phone yelling at someone and dropping the “F” bomb every other word. Highly unprofessional. This was my 24th wedding anniversary and I think I would have had a better time at Subway. I do not recommend. It’s not worth the money or time.

We were looking forward to this place for over a week. My parents and my family both ordered the crab cake, alligator bites, cheeseburger, and 2 seafood platters to share. It was loaded with food, but overall I was disappointed. I think we all were honestly. The alligator bites were salty. The crab cakes was not seasoned much, and neither were our seafood platters. The gumbo was the favorite amongst all of us. My dad mentioned his crab legs tasted old and chilled. The étouffée lacked seasoning, and our food was not very hot. I personally like my food hot and fresh and this was lacking I think. I gave our experience a 3 star because our server was very friendly and provided great service.
There was a wait but well worth the food and service! What an outstanding restaurant!! Our meals were top shelf excellent, a Cajun flavored extravaganza! WELL WORTH THE DRIVE!!
Not really worth the drive. Too much onion, bell pepper and rice in most of the meals. Ordered the shrimp creole, only 12 small shrimp; the rest of the previously mentioned ingredients. One of our party ordered the blackened catfish, it had an bad taste. When we told them it was not good. The server apologized, and didn’t offer to replace it or take it off the ticket. I think I will try some of the other Cajun restaurants in the central Arkansas area before I ever drive back to Bald Knob
The food was amazing with very high quality and huge portions. They took great care of our party of 7 and helped us celebrate a 50 birthday for my husband. It's top notch and you will not be disappointed or leave hungry.
