The third time we have been to Shell Bay this year and each time it has been excellent. Relaxed dining (no real dress code), dogs allowed, and the food never disappoints, and the view is fantastic.

We had a lovely evening here. Great table near the water, service was very good but not in your face and most important, the food was superb. We had the Ham hock terrine and seafood salad as starters, Roast Cod and sea bass for mains. Thoroughly enjoyed both. Sides were generous portions too. We'll be back!

Great food in a fabulous, unpretentious spot. Fresh oysters, langoustine, superbly cooked Pork belly, and a flavoursome Hake.

Food was lovely. Mackerel from the grill and the hake fillet with broth recommended. Views brilliant. We were told that if you want a window seat then you need to book quite in advance. Caters well for coeliacs and those requiring gluten free. The restaurant is dog friendly too.

The food is simply delicious and although not cheap, the portions are generous, everything is fresh and perfectly cooked. Some of the best oysters I have ever tasted! The service is friendly and professional and the whole place is very respectful of the covid regulations and spotlessly clean. Great atmosphere. And of course, you cant beat the view!!
