The guy we dealt with didnt seem very professional and my family member was being cremated everytime i have called to check on what is going on the lady keeps telling me the next day it will happen and still nothing and she goes dont worry we are not gonna keep him i thought that was very rude and unprofessional and it has been over two weeks and still nothing
