I want to thank all of you for getting myself and the puppies I am transporting safely to the auto shop! I am from Indiana so I had nobody close to call when my van blew the heater core and antifreeze came into the van and scalded me they did not waste a minute getting to me as I was sitting on the side of the highway! The driver went above and beyond, He made sure to ask if I was ok from the hot antifreeze, thank god I only have minor burns. Very caring, Super friendly, fast service, you can not go wrong here! Again Thank you!
My car needed towed. Driver Dave showed up super quick and was very courteous. Being broken down is not a fun thing but Dave made the whole situation calming and was very professional. I highly advise this company. Exceptional service! Thank you again!
Though a stressful experience to be stranded on the side of the road w/ a toddler, Roberto & the Whitey's Towing reps made my experience better by offering excellent customer service, timely service and doing exactly what they said they would do. I called several towing services in the Washington area. Many did not answer the phone, though listed as 24/7, and another service (which I will not name here), made it very clear that I was interrupting his Sunday football. Thank You Whitey's Towing!
