We have purchased 3 vehicles from Whites Canyon Ford and salesman Aaron Tripp. Everyone that we have had dealings with at this dealership is professional and makes the buying process easy and timely. Aaron is a great guy and if he tells you he will do something for you, he does it. You can't go wrong buying a car or truck from an honest professional dealership like Whites Canyon Ford.

Terrible Experience!!! These guys steal from their own employees! Troy the sales manager sold the vehicle that we had agreed to purchase out from under his employee Mark. Troy stole Marks sale! and at Christmas time! This young man, Mark, I'm sure could have greatly used that commission especially as Christmas is so near. My wife and I had agreed to purchase a Ford Transit van and had the purchase order and everything (picture attached). While Mark was at lunch, Troy sold this vehicle to another customer. Mark said he could not believe that Troy had sold this vehicle out from underneath us and himself. He was beyond discouraged and said he just lost out on a big sale. We really feel for Mark. We are also highly disappointed, as this was a special order vehicle, that has a color and upgrade package that is not easy to locate. I spoke with Kevin, the General Manager, and he was quite arrogant about the situation and did not seem to have much concern that his young employee Mark had just lost a sale, or that the vehicle had been sold out from underneath us. Sadly, it is very hard to find men of their word these days. This business has shown that a profit comes above their word, or good customer service. Buyer Beware, there are better dealerships out there that won't behave like this. When I spoke with the General Manager, Kevin, and let him know I would be leaving a bad review, he arrogantly assured me that he would have a good rebuttal to my review. Through and trough a BAD experience! Steer clear of a place that steals from it's own employees!

Quickest and friendliest dealership I’ve been too! No hassle and wasting time! Tim was beyond helpful and between him and the finance guy, they got me in and out within an hour. I would recommend them to anyone and even recommend the drive. It was worth it for me, it will be worth it for you! Thanks so much!!! I love my Jeep!

Aaron and Pete were great thank you so much! It’s my family’s 6th car (4 kids’ first cars and 2 parent vehicles)

Unfortunately another car dealership we will not return too which is sad because we really looked forward to trying somebody else. We purchased my husband's truck about 9 months ago from here, and the dealership wanted to sell the truck with half the seat belts in disrepair, one was even being held together with duct tape. I had to talk to about three people in charge and manager before they agreed to fix those after we bought it. They said it passed the safety inspection which is crazy because you can't sell a truck with seatbelts apart. They also assured us there was nothing wrong with the truck, and we test drove it and the cruise didn't work. We told them about it, and they said just drive it home and if it doesn't start working bring it back in. Well, we live two hours away so it's just not like a little drive back. We brought it back, and they said they fixed it but I don't think they ever did because on the way home it worked then stopped working. We let it go because it is more of a hassle just to bring it back in to not get fixed. My husband wasn't impressed, and we won't return or recommend. The extended warranty company they use/sell too is a joke because they don't cover anything, but oh well hopefully next time we can finally find a good dealer.
