So... During lockdown I had some severe dental problems and like many could do nothing about it. As restrictions lifted I emailed around 30 dentists frantically looking for help. These guys at Whitburn got in touch and i can not express how amazing they have been. Operating during a pandemic is hard enough but they have been so professional and have fixed my smile. My new and i can say forever dentist is amazing and as a very nervous patient she and the amazing staff here have put me at rest every time. Next week will be my 5th visit in 5 weeks. Today i completed work on my top teeth and I havent stopped smiling. From the bottom of my heart thank you, you have not only saved my smile but as a stage performer you have reinstated my confidence. You guys are truly amazing! Thank you

Very angry, was 7 minutes late for my appointment with Gemma, due to roadworks, after travelling from Shotts, and was told they couldn't see me. On a previous occasion I have sat in that waiting room for 45mins over my appointment time waiting to be seen when they were running late, my time is precious too, im a busy working mum with three kids.
