We used this service for the first time back in October 2018. We were very satisfied. I gave the gentleman my details, and you need to know he also requires a returnable deposit fee, in case you don't get the chair back to him. We gave him the deposit and upon returning the chair, he gave us our deposit check. We then paid for the use of the chair. He charges by the week and will add more for extra days or weeks. One point to remember, it is important to make sure you clean your chair before returning it. Like a car rental, you leave it as you found it to the best of your abilities. He is very appreciative of that! It's common courtesy folks! Take care of it as if it were you own chair. I'm calling again today to use it for Christmas!

Needed a wheelchair during my mother's Holiday Season visit. Great pricing and very responsive to questions and straightforward terms. The business is operated from a residence; just call in advance to ensure someone is there for pickup and return.
Good service, quick, and polite. We got there and he talked us through everything with the chair and made sure I'd be okay in the chair. Good prices and I would recommend to others.
Tom was extremely wonderful to work with. His prices are the best around-it seems he truly wants to help people in need rather than making lots of money off his rentals. It was in great condition & he took the time to adjust it for my dad's height & weight. This is the place to go for wheelchair rentals!
Unfortunately I didn't get the opportunity to do business with them but I had to write a review after our conversation. I was in need of an extra large wheel chair. I spoke with Tom on the phone who took my phone number to call me back as he was out on delivery. He called me back with in 2 min to let me know they did not have the chair available for a couple weeks but asked I keep his company in mind for future use. I thought it was incredibly professional and kind of him to give me the name of a competitor in the area. Though I hope not to have to use their services again but if the circumstance calls for it, I will be calling them back.
This representative was totally rude and would not answer questions after hearing my voice and asking me if I lived locally. He interrupted me several times to say I should call another company and that he didn’t trust that I would take care of the equipment. He interrupted me one final time to tell me frankly “I don’t want the job.” Shame on them!!! Don’t patronize this very selective company.
