This is a bad shelter. My sister and I got parted ways with this place for refusing the staff, male and female. I will be attaching my photo and it will be proof that my sister and I are pretty and were mistreated.

Most of the homeless I see in Wheaton are 30 and under. Life doesn’t seem to have handed these people a bad deal but more likely, they made bad choices. PADS enables them with shelter and meals and then cuts them loose on the community all day. I’ve seen the same idiots at the Wheaton train station for years. All young people who seem more than capable of working but rather just take the handout and drift aimlessly all day, panhandling and contributing zero to society. PADS is a joke...
