I've been living here for two months and they only pick up trash if you call them 10 times, show up to the office twice, and send them 5 emails about it. No wonder people complain about roaches and rats. So if you want to pay for services not rendered, move here. I will not renew my lease which is too bad because I really love the apartment layout. Do something about the trash \issue\ or stop charging us for it.
Oh man I wouldn’t recommend living here to ANYONE. The complex is roach infested, the maintenance staff are slow with responding to issues, and might not get to you for 2-3 months even on small issues. The office staff comes off nonchalant. I dealt with this for a whole year never again don’t waste your money because your desperate you’ll thank me later.
Horrible experience at this complex, not only do we have to deal with the occasional infestation of bugs whenever they “renovate” a nearby unit but as of lately (twice a week) I come home from work to find that there is no water in my unit which goes unresolved for several hours. They are quick to request their rent payments but drag their feet when having to resolve resident issues. If you have any respect for yourself look elsewhere or you’ll be dealing with extra/unnecessary issues that shouldn’t occur to begin with. Calling in to report any issues is a hassle as management is working from home and the operators receiving the calls are more than likely working remotely elsewhere.
I have been living in this complex for years, the last owner fix everything as needed when needed. The new owners keep changing maintenance staff and never fixing nothing. I would not recommend anyone to stay here if you value your money. When current lease is up I will be moving out!
