I can't say enough about the whole Westridge Homes team! From all the design and floor planning with Regan, to the whole design process with Tara! Each and every trade especially finishing the carpenter, the painters and the tile installer are the most skilled around. They made the whole process so much fun and very effortless. Every single part was was top notch perfect! Aaron who deals with any warranty issues is helpful and very attentive. Our new home is truly a dream come true! I feel very confident that it is built of such quality that it will last more than my lifetime. Build or renovate with Westridge, you will be happy you did!

The Westridge team was very professional but at the same time personal enough to make all decisions very comfortable. They think of many functional aspects of home building that even I wouldn't have thought about. Tara was fun, professional and had great ideas.
We purchased one of the Westridge showhomes. The experience as well as the quality and design of the house were excellent. We have used other builders in the past with previous homes, and although we have generally had good experiences, Westridge was by far the best. After 1 year, we just don't have any little issues, as we experienced with other builders...small things, like the sloping the landscaping so you don't have drainage issues (as many neighbors do), nail pops, fit and finish of doors and windows, etc. There is quality in all aspects of the home. Similarly, we toured many show homes, but the Westridge home had characteristics that were functional yet unique. What we really liked is when you are talking to Regan, you are not just talking to a builder or a sales person but an architect/designer. In our experience few builders can offer this insight and perspective. Regan, Tara and the Westridge team were very easy to deal with and professional. They were always completely responsive to any question we had. We would strongly encourage anyone considering building to use Westridge.
