Famous Philly Steak LLC

I am completely appalled by this company. We have been under contract with the company for hood cleaning for about 3 years now. On the early morning of December 11 we had our cleaning performed, it was a new group of workers not normal from the crew that normally does it, when we came into work we inspected the hood and found that the hood was not properly cleaned. I took pictures and the company called to do the follow up on the cleaning and asked if I was satisfied with the cleaning. I told her no, that I was not satisfied that it was not done right. I was put in touch with a manger named Steve whom I sent pictures to to show that it was not cleaned properly, at the end of my discussion with Steve I was told by Steve that he would send out a crew to re- clean the hood. After some time had passed I still had not received a re clean from the company so I called back and spoke with a lady, forgive me I can’t recall her name, but I was told that they would be sending someone out as soon as possible. Now I sit here and it’s April, I have made many attempts to get someone out to re clean, however it was never done, and now I am faced with the company transitioning to sorry if you want a cleaning it needs to be paid for in full price. This is completely in ethical and not fair to me and my business. I called today and asked to speak to the owner Jeff and I was told that I could not speak to him by a lady named Jacky. Not only that I just received a visit from the fire marshal stating that the company emailed them saying I canceled my contract, which I did not ask for. I feel that I paid for a service that was not done correctly and this company is making no effort to make right on there mistake, 3 years of my money, business and referrals for nothing. Very disappointed. I have pictures that show how my hood looked immediately after the cleaning when I made it in to work.

Unfortunately, if you have to go here, you're cars been impounded. In my case, my car was stolen, they hit a pole with it, \then left the scene of the crime\, then it was impounded. The folks here were very helpful in my fight to get the car back, but ultimately, the impound fees became so large it wasn't feasible to do so.

Western Commercial Services is a very professional company they have done work at my residence and the technician was very professional and diagnosed my unit properly. I had another company out to look at my unit and they said it needed to be replaced and all that was needed was a fuse and they got my unit up and running in an hour. I would recommend them to any one.
