Do not even think to approach this guys. Bought a sensor of them and when got it to a mechanic found out it was a burst next to this sensor, hence it was giving an error for the sensor on the diagnostic. Tried to take it back as it was brand new and unopened and was refused. Called branch in Hamilton who were happy to take it back. This is why you can't buy online parts from them as then legally they will have to accept returns and issue refunds. Never ever will approach for other parts.

Sorry to say the service I experienced was not up to par that day. Dropped the van off 10.30am say would be late afternoon ( what is late afternoon?) called back at 4.20pm saying not had a chance to look at the van yet.. Can you leave it with me for the night shift get it back tomorrow morning. OK. Van is 2 years & 3 month old. Van was keep saying that the tale gate & side door was not closed so keeps flashing on the dashboard. I though it was under warranty. No 50 had to pay. What they did clean connectors to side door and adjust the tall gate. Now I need to slam dunk the tall gate to make sure it's closed... One more service to go. to keep warranty in check. Oh I had to wait at least 30 mins as he couldn't find my key... It was in the mechanic pocket... Don't get me wrong the sales team are 1st class as this is my 4th van from them... Might be the last... Can any tell me about the vw servicing.. Thanks for reading my rant... Oh this is cleaning... From Mercedes 50 and one day later..

Service is completely unacceptable for a company as big as Mercedes. Service staff are unhelpful and argumentative. They will find any way possible to avoid covering warranty work. I would seriously reconsider purchasing a van from this dealership
