Lloyd (the owner?) seems to have "the customer is always right" philosophy backwards. I don't think I have ever had a good interaction with him. Their whole business model revolves around significantly overcharging you for toner and giving you a "free" printer in exchange. If you are a business owner and want to save , look up printer cartridge wholesalers.

They charge you random pricing. The owner is not a kind person and hard to deal with. Find a different place for your special printing needs. Better try the printing services in the university.
Worst staff I have seen in Regina. Staff there is not at all helpful and very hard to deal with.
This guy is an extortionist and charges people for packages that get delivered there. If you order from Amazon definitely don’t use this place as a pick up location.
