Long story short: These folks are incredibly honest and do outstanding work. Choose them whenever you can. My new car was hit and run while parked on a street. Our insurance didn't cover the damage as the coverage couldn't get updated past our old liability only policy until we got the registration -- which came in the mail the day after the hit and run. So we were stuck with ugly damage to our new car. We took it into West Suburban and they were a dream. John went over the damage with me and the options to fix it. Since insurance didn't cover this, my wife and I were hoping to avoid replacing parts. So, John figured out the best way to take care of this. After everything was said and done, no parts had to be replaced and everything looked brand new. As in, the vehicle was perfect. There is no way to tell the damage ever happened. I'm truly amazed by the work they did. You will not find higher quality work or better value for money anywhere.

These guys are awesome! My son smashed his vintage pickup truck into a tree one Christmas, another body shop said it was totaled, but John listened to my son who got the truck from his grandfather and wanted to fix it. He put it back together beautifully and at a great price! \One man sounds wise until another man speaks!
West Suburban Auto Body is the best! I've been taking my car to them for many years now. Excellent customer service! John is super friendly and professional. I really appreciate all he did to work me into his busy schedule. This company stands behind their work. They take great pride in what they do.
When I got in an accident while I was in college I brought my car straight here. Before doing anything to my car, they made sure that I was doing okay personally. They worked as fast as they could and communicated with me while they had my car. I never had to worry about my car or the process while my car was with them. When I received my car after they fixed it, they continued to ask how I was doing and walked me through everything that had did. My car looked better than when I first bought it! They also cleaned out my car more than they needed to. I will be going back to West Suburban Auto Body for any future repairs. Thank you!!!!
