Staff were so lovely over the phone and when I actually went in to set up my account. The process was so easy and they went through everything I needed to know, showed me around and make all the instructions really clear. We also booked in the free move in van which is such a great added bonus! The place itself felt very secure and I had no issues leaving my things there for 3 months. Would definitely use again for any future storage needs. Highly recommend!

2 months half price and move in van made it easy to decide. Just paid gas for the van and 25 excess reduction that is it. Very helpful awesome staff. Thanks a lot. It would be great if I could borrow the van when I move out though, if you are thinking about room for improvement :)
Sadly I have to edit this to 1 star. Everyone has financial troubles and temporary short fall. My brother Wayne is homeless and I am waiting for compensation. During the time of lockdown we got in arrears. We are aware we are 600 or 2 months in arrears and have been keeping in contact with fort Knox. Wanting to go on an acceptable payment plan. Now right on Wayne's 70th birthday, fort Knox ring him and say he has to be there in an hour and a half to pay 250 or our belongings will be thrown out. I was so disheartened to see the distress and anguish Wayne was in. It breaks my heart to see lack of humanity and why always take it out on elderly and the vulnerable. Wayne and I know this is a temporary short fall and that our financial situation will be far more substantial next month. I am disappointed as I thought you understand. Bianca said herself we all get stuck financially some time. I'll get further into debt just to pay fort Knox , but I am so disappointed. Did you have to do this on my brother's birthday.

This score is a reflection of this single experience. Regardless of the 3 star, I am overall satisfied with Fort Knox storage. The staff at Fort Knox is super friendly and helpful. Ive been renting a space with them for about 6 months now, so when I needed more space, I inquired to a larger space. They didn't have a space large enough to combine my current unit with the new additional items, so they worked with me to afford 2 spaces. I reserved a unit a few weeks before needing it. When I did need it they had given it away and put me in a smaller unit. This space did not fit all of my new stuff which was a headache on a day that was already soured by bad movers. The staff was helpful and accomodating in getting me another unit to fit the rest of my stuff. This new unit was reserved for someone else. So, I suspect this same spirit of accommodating is why I lost the larger unit I had reserved. It is this reason and this reason only, that I give the rating 3 stars instead of 5. Despite the inconvenience of splitting my things into 3 units, the units are clean, secure and well looked after. These factors and the friendliness of the staff is why I will use Fort Knox again in the future.
