I was told they were changing where our van was stored was being changed to self storage containers, we were given 10 days notice to move our caravan off the site, later extended by 7 more days. Managed to find another site in time with the same security but cheaper. Returned my entry fob to find a motorhome on our site and also none of the other vans had been moved. We had paid our fees for the year up front and had never complained about anything or had any reason to complain, until now. Very poor customer service and we think an appalling way to treat a customer.
