Edited 22/06/2020: Received a refund for the cost of the missing roll of film after over three weeks of no communication Original: This could have been a glowing review- I am very happy with the quality of scans and prints, and the turn around was very fast! However, I paid for and sent in six rolls of film to be developed, scanned and printed. I only received back five sets of negatives, and only five sets' worth of scans and photos- even the contact sheet for the entire order and CD contain only that many pictures. It looks like one roll was lost before it even got to the developing process. As well as this, I never received the link to download my pictures via dropbox. While initially WEC replied in a timely manner and seemed helpful, all communication has since ceased. My attempts to contact them over the last two weeks to locate the missing roll have been ignored. I asked for a refund for the cost of processing for the missing roll and the price of the film, and that has not received a reply either. The prices are reasonable, the service is of good quality and speed. If the communication was more helpful I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. But now I'm left with a taste that this is a dodgy retailer who is avoiding giving a refund.

never received back my negatives which I clearly left a information stating I wanted my negatives back and was missing 3 images off each roll of film. pretty rubbish
Very fast service via the post, I got my film back in less than a week (over a weekend).
I sent film to be processed here and have heard nothing in over two weeks. Not only have I paid to have film developed (which has simply not been fulfilled) but I have also lost a roll of film, which aside from the cost of the film and of posting it is irreplaceable. Don't send your film here if you want a reliable service!
Have used WEC for a number of years now, having stayed with them after their move away from Tottenham Court Road. Always a super professional service, never had any problems with the posting and receiving of films, and they always do a great job with the developing! I tried ‘Aperture’ on Rathbone Place one time for some crazy reason, and they were overpriced and did a terrible job. Will not trust anywhere else with my film, and am constantly recommending them to friends who don’t know.
