I have bought computer equipment from B and H Photo many times in the last several years, including this past year. This is a very well run operation that often is better stocked than Newegg or Best Buy and even sometimes Amazon. Prices are very competitive and often better than the competition. Picking up at the store is extremely quick and easy and shipping is reliable. I love shopping here in person -- a clean and nicely designed store with no shortage of merchandise and knowledgeable customer service people. This place is what Best Buy should be, but is way way above Best Buy in quality and service. And it has not changed at all during the pandemic. And finally shopping here you can feel good about supporting a local business that is not a mega world-dominating company than enriches billionaires.

I needed a memory card for my camera and heard about stores selling fakes, I found a cheap one online but hesitated as I didn’t want any headaches. Went to B&H and want to make my findings clear, it does appear that a strict code of policies they do adhere, you can shop without fear, no bootleg merchandise here, they live up to their reputation as the best place for audio and video gear. The staff is knowledgeable and you can tell their employees really care, a pair of qualities in sales which is rare. Located in Manhattan about half mile from Times Square, just forget about online or in person shopping on Saturdays as they are closed in observance of the Lord’s Prayer.

What a dynamite experience coming here. The people working here are professional and smart and really know their way around every department. They cross departments and hand you off to other people and other departments to get what you’re looking for. Everything is so seamless. Really fun and easy.

Really great place. Most notably, the people that work here are legitimately knowledgeable and clearly love photography and videos. I'm kind of a dilettante with the topic, so it was good to know that the folks her could guide me in the right direction with my video and audio equipment needs.
