After a visit to the well laid out showroom and admiring all the different choices we decided on the Evonics E700s which I decided I could fit to the party wall and make a suitable enclosure. The price was comparable to other suppliers and delivery was made to my home address as agreed. There was a slight noise which was dealt with very efficiently. I made a oak enclosure and we are very pleased with the final fireplace.
This has got to be one of the best ever shopping experiences. Great customer service, product and price with a two working day delivery in lockdown. Amazing.
Saw the fire I wanted on West Country fires website at a fraction of the price it was being sold elsewhere. I phoned it check stock stays on a Friday afternoon and my fire was with me first thing Monday morning. The coals were damaged so I called straight up. This company just CANNOT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU!!! They went out of their way to sort my problem out. Delivery for replacement was just as speedy!! This company is absolute perfection!! Prices are RIDICULOUSLY LOWER than ALL other competitors! The customer service is outstanding!! Their knowledge and friendliness is honestly SECOND TO NONE!! In this current climate of covid, this company are amazing Thank you West Country fires
From the initial meeting at the Southampton store to slotting us into their hectic schedule for the site visits and installation, the knowledgable team at West Country Fires have exceeded all expectations. Having been on hand to answer any questions to bending over backwards to ensure a smooth and seamless purchase and installation of our stove we cannot be more pleased with the friendly and professional service given by the team. We would honestly not hesitate to recommend them! Thank you to everyone at West Country Fires for an excellent service, we are ecstatic with our stove, the only issue now is getting to it without tripping over the dogs who have already claimed the prized spot in front of the fire.
