We rented an apartment in Barcelona for our son who had an internship there. Lisa was so responsive from the first contact. She met our son and his flatmate on a Sunday for them to move in. Due to COVID the boys left early (although we kept the flat on in the hope that they would get back). When this was not possible Lisa arranged for their personal possessions to be packed and stored. We had an issue with the landlord trying to keep a large portion if the deposit for alleged damages. Lisa handled this professionally and spent a great deal of her own time searching for the replacement items at a fair price and not the inflated price the landlord tried to charge. If we ever need another flat in Barcelona Lisa would be our go to agent - responsive, dynamic, honest and a really nice person to deal with. She also speaks superb English. Thank you Lisa!
