Most of the teachers, pastoral managers and other staff members only care about the 'smart kids', they forget about the students who needs help. This isn't fair on some students. Unfortunately, the staff will not care about them at all.

Their service is really poor. They answer the call after half an hour, they talk really rudely and doesn’t talk properly which I didn’t like.
