I gave 1-week notice and took my stuff on the 5th of December, they still charge me for the whole of December, when they said me they will not charge me anything as my month starts on 6th Called 5 times they just keep telling they will refund in 3 days it is more than a month now. So bad customer service. Have to report them. Plus place is so dirty, old trolleys, old lifts from 70th. Never again

I asked them if I could keep a booking for over a month and I was told it was OK. I called the day I wanted to check in to ensure my booking was available and I was told yes. When I got there, I was told the unit size I had booked was sold out and the closest available was double the prize. The more expensive unit was on a second floor and the lift was broken.
