I have attended for the best part of a year now and couldn't recommend highly enough. It is extremely affordable and practical. My ambition was to get better at defending myself and have fun in the classes, certainly the latter has come true! (I do feel more physically confident also) I have noticed an improvement to my fitness. Andrew the instructor, is a really patient guy and knows his stuff too! KW

My 5 year old daughter does a class with her school friends under the tutelage of Andrew, following problems with a “boisterous” lad in her reception class. The impact of the class is clear in her improved self confidence. The classes are super fun, effective and keeps them fit. Moreover, the type of self defence that is taught is practical and can be applied in real life situations. To keep five 5 girls engaged and laughing for an hour is a huge testament to how good these sessions are. Thank you!
Really amazing martial arts coaching for all ages and levels of experience! Andy is great instructor who really focuses on pushing you to the next level. I have been attending for 8 months now and can really see a massive all around improvement in fitness and technique. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is serious about learning martial arts and wants to increase their fitness.
Lovely and friendly little club with it's own venue, if it's a more traditional kung fu club you are looking for then I'd recommend it however if you want a bit more rough and tumble like me then it might be a bit to much of a soft style.
