Disgusting customer service. I have rang over 30 times, no answer. And when finally managing to speak to a colleague i was told they would ring back and guess what. No call back. Have sent emails. Finally had a response 2 weeks later and now still waiting for a confirmation. Needed these tiles over 3 weeks ago. Terrible service. Avoid.

Spent nearly half an hour here checking the bathroom and kitchens and not 1 member of staff approached us to ask if we needed any assistance. There seems to also be no uniform to what staff wear. I noticed people sitting at staff desks with outdoor jackets on. Therefore customers wouldn't even know who to ask for help. It's a shame as their designs appear to be very nice. Must loose out on a lot of business with this mismanagement of customers.

Experienced the worst customer services both online and in store. I made on online order, I purchased the wrong size floor tiles, I attempted the exchange them, I arranged for a collected for these returned tiles, I made an over the phone order for the tiles I needed, sent an immediate payment with proof, I arrived at store to collect them, they were not ready, they would not deliver them on the same day me returned tiles was due. I returned 4 days later to collect my tiles. This entire process took 3 weeks to resolve, the communication I experienced from online team, after sales and the sales team was the worst experience I have ever had. Delayed or no responses via email and telephone, rude, unhelpful staff, no communication, received contradicting information and no advice given on refund exchange policies. One month later I chase up for my refund for the returned tiles and told someone would call me back, they didn't. A sum of money appeared in my account, but the amount is less than I paid. Only this morning I am told a 20% has been charged! To be clear almost 100 is deducted for tiles which was retuned unused, undamaged and returned within 14days! The tiles are not worth the awful customer service, which really is a shame as I have two bathrooms and a kitchen to redecorate and I would have liked to have considered but I am not putting myself through that again!!

Amazing experience! Wide range of tiles. Great layout to showcase how units look. Was very pricey but I understand. Many small units for small bathrooms weren’t on display so we couldn’t see and that happened many times. Staff were very helpful.

Hands down the worst customer care I have ever dealt with. In September 2017 my kitchen tap rubber O Ring started failing causing leaks all over my kitchen island. I called and emailed the exact part number of my tap, after waiting months was delivered the incorrect part, and the enquiry is still going on with Luis and Ashton, and in a few weeks time it will be exactly ONE YEAR since I asked about this. ONE YEAR of having a tap leak over my kitchen island. ONE YEAR of having sponges / towels surrounding my expensive tap. Unbelievable. Every single time there is an excuse, a delay, a miscommunication or one of many other excuses. We are talking about a basic service item that they can't even get right. I would normally go to a plumbing merchant / ebay however, being porcelanosa, this O Ring seems to be a completely bespoke size. Shame on you Porcelanosa, I would have also expected you to have remembered that you dropped my bathroom unit upon delivery, 4 years ago, caught on my CCTV, and you had the audacity to blame us. Until I sent your MD a copy of the video showing quite clearly your cowboys dropping it. Perhaps this embarrassment will help you speed up locating this unicorn of a 1 rubber O Ring. Hey, maybe you can send me a whole box of them so I never need to worry about chasing you for something this ridiculous ever again.
