I had a microdermabrasion facial today and again, I am impressed with the esthetician. Very professional, very friendly. Happy Birthday to her today too. My skin feels fresh and renewed. Awful customer service, and services overall. I wanted to get botox done and was told I need a very large amount of units. I went to two other clinics just to see the comparison, both told me I need 1/4 of the number Derma Secrets told me. Sneaky, and unprofessional. Don't recommend

I’ve had a couple appointments at Derma Secret to treat sun damage on my face. I went in anxious and nervous about the procedure, but Nicole was so welcoming and knowledgeable that those feelings quickly disappeared. She treated me with IPL, which is a photo facial for hyperpigmentation and I could not be happier with the results. I’ve been to a collection of clinics and seen a number of aestheticians before and I can confidently say that Nicole is my favourite and not only will I be booking more appointments with her, but I also highly recommend her! No matter what your issue or concern, you are in amazing hands with Nicole! Thank you Derma Secret!!!
Had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Anne the other day. She was very friendly and very easy going. She listened to what I wanted done on my face and provided excellent service to achieve it! I only have one injector, Nurse Nancy, and I was told that she was N/A until next week. Derma Secret came out with an amazing PROMO and I couldn't say no, hence why I had booked an appointment. I would usually say, "If Nancy is not available, I'll wait", but I did something out of my comfort zone and booked with another injector! I am so happy that I have met Nurse Anne. Now, I have full confidence that if my favorite Nurse Nancy is away or unavailable, I can comfortably ask for Nurse Anne to DOLL ME UP!
