I had treatment for my pretty bad Xanthaplasma and was always really self conscious about it. Dr Fatima was really kind and helpful and explained everything thoroughly and because of that I knew exactly what to expect. I am unbelievably impressed and over the moon with the results and the healing process was so easy and quick. Going to rtwskin was one of the best decisions I have made and I am so happy with the results I feel like a normal person again that doesn't need to worry about people staring at my face all the time.

RTW Clinic is a pristine clinic located in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The clinic carries out a number of different treatments, including aesthetic and various laser treatments. I’ve visited the clinic on several occasions since 2012 and this is where I was introduced to The Obagi Nu Derm System, which transformed my skin. My skin now looks younger than it did 8 years ago. Staff are professional and friendly. Sadly, the distance from my home is too far for me to continue patronising the clinic.
I honestly could not recommend rtwskin more. I felt very safe during my visit to the clinic all staff was wearing PPE and all safety measures were maintain. Aesthetic Therapist - Gemma was excellent and very knowledgable. I found the treatment process very relaxing. It felt a little tingly when Gemma applied the Pumpkin mask, but the whole experience was enjoyable. My skin feels and looks smoother, softer and cleaner. I would recommend the Pumpkin Delight Facial to anyone who wants to improve their skin texture.
There are friendly and professional staffs in this clinic, it has a five star customer service and it is a very nice and lovely clinic. I have been really pleased with my treatment results and I would recommend to anyone....
Staff made me feel like I was one of the family. Very well run clinic – very happy atmosphere. Will do all they can to accommodate your needs. Explain everything in detail and offer discounts to their customers on a a regular basis, making it affordable for many more people. Highly recommended.
