I had called the owner 2 to 3 times on 8th and 9th June 2019. Had discussed about my expectations for cleaning the water tank. He had promised that the tank would be cleaned properly and his team would reach my place in time. Initially the time was set as 2:30 PM but later on since I had some work I asked them to come early at 12:30. The owner readily agreed. But to my surprise they came 2 hours late and that to after calling several times. every time I called the owner said in the next 10 minutes they would reach my place. After reaching they started having lunch. The owner had promised that each tank would be cleaned thoroughly and it takes approximately 1 hour for each tank. It would be first washed with pressurized water then cleaned, dried, and they would apply the chemical and wash again with water. But they did nothing of this sort. They just removed the mug that had settled at the bottom of the tank and washed once with water but not all the walls. just sprayed the water in a hurry and completed washing both the tanks in about 30 mins. Just 15 mins for each tank. Work was very poor. Totally dissatisfied with the service.The owner is very far from being honest.
