Ashley, Greg, Walter, Bob, Ray all made it easy to buy a car there. They were all welcoming, upbeat, positive, friendly, respectful, and helpful during this difficult time in a pandemic where everything is harder to do. They made the car buying experience short and simple. Best car buying experience ever (and I've bought a lot of cars over the years). I have pretty high expectations as I worked in the business for years helping dealerships to improve their customer satisfaction. The folks at Budd Baer were always a cut above, and today, they are truly getting it right. If GMC, Mazda, Buick, or Subaru are on your list, or you're looking for a good used car, you should go straight to Budd Baer. If those brands aren't on your list, you should add them based on how easy they make it to buy a car. Plus, their all new facilities are bright, clean and comfortable making the experience that much better!

Typical Chevy dealership, I needed parts for a piece of Chevy I opened the box and the new part was missing pieces I mentioned it to the cashier her reply was that they are in strike. I asked for a discount and she said no I'll never understand why anybody would buy a general MORONS product?

My salesman, Robert Sekora, was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for. He made sure that we received every discount we were qualified for. When I picked up my Yukon, it was well detailed and ready to go. The finance department took the time to present all the options to me in a clear manner. Robert then took his time showing me all the features, explained what they did, and showed me how to operate the Yukon in a safe and simple manner . Extremely pleased with the vehicle!
