My cat went in yesterday and ended up having to have surgery, I can not recommend this vets enough. I felt so relax and at ease as much as possibly can be when ur pet is at the vet anyway. I have personally had bad experiences with other vets and this is the first vet I've been too since that's changed my mind and made me feel confident and comfortable bring my pet there.

Lack of professionalism at the reception desk is shocking. How can you book wrong surgery 3 times in a row? I've got quote for fixing hernia and arrived to surgery. Then I've been told that she is booked fordifferent day (1 of 2 that I've been offered, but not one I've chosen). Dogs been booked for spaying too which I did not request. Next time when I arrived dog's still been booked for spaying although vet has been informed that we do not want to spay the dog. Finely when all has been agreed I've been informed of extra costs for drip and blood test. We've been also told that hernia is on both sides so it'll be more expensive. Hernia was same for months and nothing has changed so diagnosis was wrong and quote given was incorrect resulting in nearly 400 more to be paid.

Okay place to go but can’t keep there word on prices. receipts don’t have prices on them so you don’t know what they charge you for, Booked appointment for vaccine booster plus flea treatment. Was told it would be 25 for 2 boosters due to Covid via email and 15 for flea treatment for a total of 40. got charged what I can assume 35 for vaccine and 15 so in total 50. They advised to see him 2 weeks later and advised that my cat would need dental work due to decay in his teeth but never told me how much that would cost or never got a estimate neither told a follow up cost would be 25... which I had to gain from the website. considering a consultation is 30 it’s not much of a difference. 15-20 for a follow up would be more enticing and possibly it would see more people actually do a follow up Staff are nice just a shame as it’s more of a get your animal treated and get shocked by a big bill. Not that the place is expensive compared to other places that charge 40 for an appointment but there is just no breakdown costs on receipts or estimate prices before getting your animal treated. If they said “look your animal needs this and we are looking at x amount, plus consulting fee which is x, then we also recommend a follow up 3 weeks later and that would be x” then I would mark it a 4 or even a 5
