From start to finish (estimate to final walkthrough) we couldn’t have been more pleased with this company. I did my due diligence and got 4 quotes from different companies for our garage apartment. Even though they were not the lowest bidder, their professionalism and expertise during the selection process made them stand out. We clearly made the right choice, as they were able to complete the job earlier than planned and came in under budget. They were very responsive to our input during construction, and accommodated several last minute adjustments as things came together and our thoughts changed as we saw the building being constructed. The workman and subcontractors were highly skilled and professional in their interactions with us and their conduct while on site. We could not be happier with end result. Well done Warfield Homes!
