Ward Water is an exceptional company to deal with. They installed and serviced our equipment in our last home, so when we moved and found out we needed an arsenic system, they were the first ones we called. No company is more thorough in making sure you understand what they are recommending, why they recommend it, and how to maintain it. They may not be the cheapest in the area, but it is well worth every penny to ensure that you have clean water and reliable service. We literally hold them up as the gold standard of sales and service when working with other companies: \Why can't our plumbers be as good as Ward? When will Ward get in to the contstruction business? I wish these painters were as attendtive as Ward.
I have been trying to get a whole house water treatment system installed in my home, however, I cannot get anyone to even provide an estimate after reaching out multiple times and providing water test results over the past year. Disappointing. I wanted to support this company, but I guess they dont want my business! I'll be going elsewhere, without a doubt.
My water treatment system was recently serviced - upgraded and general maintenance. The technician was kind, respectful and professional with expansive knowledge of the system. Post maintenance, they continue to answer my questions and provide instructions upon request. Highly recommend Ward Water if you need to install a water treatment system in your home!
On Friday, March 15, 2019 I called Ward Water at about 7:15 AM. Someone actually answered the phone, which I did not expect that early. The gentleman stated that someone could be at my house by 9 or 9:30 that morning. We were experiencing low water pressure. The young men showed up at 9:35. They quickly discovered our first problem in the cellar with the water pressure tank which had to be replaced. When done with that, they discovered that the well pump needed to be replaced. Once that was all fixed they found a leak in the pipe from the house to the well which after some digging, they uncovered and fixed. This was all done with speed , competency, and humor. I thoroughly enjoyed working with he 2 man crew. They did their best to keep the cost down. They thoroughly explained my options and counseled me on what to be on the look out for in the future.
