I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here which is sad because just two short years ago, they did a phenomenal job! I ordered two balloon bouquets for my boys' birthday party and spent well over 50.00. Throughout the time I was there ordering, the two young girls behind the counter could not quit being distracted and speaking about things that were unprofessional such as drinking, partying, wanting their manager to hurry and leave, wanting customers to get out, etc. I let that all slide considering their age but then the party day came and I was left extremely agitated. I was told that I could send whoever I wished to pick up the balloon bouquets by 6:00 PM on the day of the party. I sent my friend since I'd be decorating and busy. Balloons were not even started and weren't ready until 6:45 PM. On top of that, the weights I purchased were not included and we had to tie balloons to the chairs. I'm not usually one to complain but when you've spent nearly 100.00 on something, you expect for it to be right. I called the store to ask how we could fix this issue and was told they were "between managers" and that I could speak to a temporary manager on the team. The woman I spoke with sounded very young, was giggly and she was distracted throughout the entire conversation. She said they would make it right and to call next week before I came to the store. She didn't write down my phone number or anything. We'll see what happens when I go to the store next Monday.
