I stumbled upon this place by driving by. I decided to stop and check it out as I was interested in wallpapering some rooms. I was pleasantly surprised as they have a large selection to choose from and many books with samples from numerous designers. Cynthia was very helpful in assisting me choosing papers that would compliment each other. Their prices are reasonable, customer service was great and the installation without any problems. A very professional company overall and I had a great experience and I highly recommend them

Terrible experience and client service, I wouldn't recommend this place. First, we bought some wallpaper, half of it was left (we bought the number that they told us), and they didn't want to refund (the rolls were sealed). So, with the credit we bought more wallpaper for another wall, after installing them, the 2 rolls were not from the same color and had joins, which they first told us that they were not ! And instead of fixing the problem, they told us that we should have checked that the reference numbers were matching. We are not professionals, they are supposed to be !
Thank you wallpaper store for completing the look of our home. Service has been phenomenal from the first time we walked into the store. It took us a year to finally do this project, and Cynthia who we met the first day remembered us a whole year later! She knew exactly what we needed! Their installation service was also fantastic. The men were courteous and friendly. Very efficient and finished quicker than I expected! Great shopping experience if you need wallpaper!!
The Wallpaper Store Miami is the place to go if you’re looking for a big selection and knowledgeable staff for your wallpaper needs. Cynthia took the time to explain how to process works. Finally, Marco came and did an outstanding job with the installation. I highly recommend this place and will be going to them in the future! Thank you guys
