If you want to place an order, the guy makes you feel like a beggar asking for charity. Very lengthy process and even when you ask for something in stock they don't entertain the request. I told him will send the driver to pick up anything until we get the ordered items, but no feedback or reply. Extremely frustrating. Obvisouly half of the reviews are written by their staff and when someone complains they say we have no record of you dealing with us. I have very much dealt with you. Call me at Vitalite
