Leider kümmert sich die Hausverwaltung nicht um dringende Anliegen, wie aktuelle Brandschutzvorkehrungen. Am Telefon wird alles nach hinten rausgezögert und man bekommt keine richtige Auskunft. Leider alles sehr unklar. Häuser, die weiter weg als vom Standort der Hausverwaltung liegen, sind wesentlich schlechter gestellt. Preislich auch nicht die günstige Hausverwaltung.
