Sleepy Bear Coffee was the first specialty coffee shop in Lausanne. It is a very cosy café with very delicious specialty coffee. The service and the hospitality level is truly outstanding, I have been treated every time so nicely. It feels like walking into my living room and meeting friends. Besides the amazing coffees, you should also try the banana bread and definitely also the artisanal chocolate. It blew me away last time. A totally outstanding experience.

This is not any regular coffee shop. It’s a place you feel at home, a sweet family that welcomes you in person with a smile and always serving you the best single origin coffee for every time of day and occasion.

I've been experiencing lots of extremely good specialty coffees, and this one (taste wise) was definitely in my top 3 (aeropress filter). It was roasted by MAME and prepared with much attention by the owner. Thank you again !

Amazing coffeeshop.the best in Lausanne, I had savoured the best ever cappuccino, creamy and silky, without the burned taste like the coffee from Nero or Costa or Starbucks. Prices are over the medium, but it deserves every penny !!!Loved it. Should try this!

Very high quality cappuccino, latte and flat white. Cozy place with good light music.

You basically tailor your own coffee, combining one of the high class beans with milk or sugar of various origin. You can then sit down either in one of the comfortable armchairs or at the wooden bar.

Little coffee shop serving good coffee. The atmosphere is nice. However, there are seated for only a handful of people(not all seats are pictured). I went there to study a bit for uni. I put 4/5 because the Cappuccino (very good) was quite expensive 5,50.- CHF . Otherwise the Batista was friendly.

No compromise made on quality there. The staff is passionate. They have by far the best coffee in town, amazing teas and chocolate, and the best matcha in Switzerland
