I had 7500 in negative equity and I had been looking for a way to trade in my car and get a more reliable vehicle without having my payment sky rocket. During purchase of my vehicle, I was tricked by the Sales person at Waikem Nissan dealer,Massilon,Ohio. At the time of purchase he asked me to put 200 as down payment and offered 380 as monthly installment for 60 months. The sales person further made me make payment of 580 ( 200 as Down payment and 380 as First installment) However when I was signing the papers with Finance department, they made me sign a contract for 60 months and not 59 months which I haven't noticed until an year later. I further filed a complaint with Nissan but since it was signed by me, no body offered any help So in total I am paying for 61 months instead of 60 months.

We were greeted by John Knox, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom. He showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. It was a very good shopping experience. John was very informative and pleasant to talk to. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We felt no pressure to buy and we were able to make a very good decision on buying a new car. Matter of fact, we had such a good experience after buying a new Rogue for my finance, we went back the following week and John sold us a new Frontier truck for me. We will be going back to see John and the Nissan family for the years to come. Thanks!
