After going to my old car dealership that I had been with for years and always paying on time they knew my situation and only cared about money not customer Appreciation I decided to try waikem Honda because I like Honda's I met with a guy named Tyler he is an awesome guy I told him my situation and what kind of car and the year I was looking for He treated me with respect, made me feel like a valued customer and was always straight up with me answered my calls , my questions he did an awesome job I Love my new 2011 Kia Soul thank you so much I think from now on I will Stay with waikem Honda Because everyone there is Awesome. The finance Person was great to thanks again for helping me with a great car. When I woke up this morning the plan was anything but leasing a new car but when I contacted Dustin about getting an appointment he was able to get me in right away. He anticipated my preferences based on a few questions and was able to show me a brand new CR-V that I fell in love with. Dustin went above and beyond to help me figure out my title and insurance (which could have been VERY stressful without his help). I will definitely be returning to Waikem for future vehicles.

I'm going to start off by saying I did an enormous amount of research on what car to buy, where to buy it and how much to pay. I was working with several other dealerships that were trying to get me approved on the car I wanted, in the color I desired with the terms that I needed. After weeks of headaches I decided to check local Honda inventory one last time. I saw that Waikem Honda had a black 2019 Honda Civic Si coupe listed for sale, but no photographs had been taken yet (it just rolled off the truck the day prior). I walked in on a SUPER BUSY Saturday and Marwah immediately greeted me and asked what I was interested in. She let me test drive a different color Si coupe while they did the PDI process on the black one. She had me approved with incredible terms with the car I wanted in less than an hour. Marwah, and the entire Waikem Honda sales staff are friendly, patient and come with a no-nonsense attitude. I can not recommend Waikem enough and they have a customer for life.
