I took my puppy to the puppy training classes. Puppy Classes are limited to 6 dogs at a time which is great. Classes are one hour a week for 6 weeks. On your first class you get a gift bag which had dog treats, a toy and the important training clicker (it is really worth it). There were at least 3 trainers at any one time (though I know at one class there were more trainer's than dogs). The trainer's are really knowledgeable and friendly, they really try to help you get the most out of training your puppy, they can also offer advice about leads, toys, where to buy stuff etc. They are really quick to say when you're doing well or the puppy has done something well - which for anyone with a puppy knows this can mean the world! They do other classes for more advancement (which I intend to pick up). I've seen such a massive improvement in my puppy while doing the class. Though it is up to you as the owner to continue the training while not in the class.
