Excellent service from first point of contact through to fitting. Very efficient and competent staff and good communication. Helped with advice on new fireproof mantelpiece to replace an existing wood one and did a good, clean job. Even lit a fire to demonstrate how to use the new stove. Definitely recommended!

We received a fantastic service from all at Kernow Fires Wadebridge from the showroom with the purchase of our Clearview, to the survey with Dan for the build of our fireplace. I didn’t think it could get any better but it did with the arrival of Lee & Brad, they did the most amazing job making a dream come true. They made the installation of the granite look effortless. The finish was exceptional. They kept everything clean & tidy, we highly recommend Kernow Fires and will use again. I just need to find a space to fit another wood burner! A great job guys!
Really happy I contacted Kernow Fires. Dan was great arranging/surveying the work, and Lee and Ricky did a superb job fitting it. The guys showed me pictures of issues on my roof I didn't know I had and told me what I should go and get fixed. I was expecting my living room to be coated in dust afterwards, but you couldn't even tell they'd been there - minus the log burner that is. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Kernow fires have been an incredible company to work with and I am amazingly happy and pleased with my wood burning stove. I required a large amount of assistance regarding the flue and vent as it was going into a new build extension. Kernow fires were always available when I needed and were very helpful.
