Really clean and well laid out. Went in to get a dog coat fitted, staff were helpful and friendly. There was a good supply of toys and treats too.

I bought natural worming and flea repellent. I actually use the repellent myself. It is Neem oil based and does the trick. Poppy didn't like the application but she stopped scratching herself. She looks pretty chilled to me. I like the store. It beats going to the vet hands down. They IE vets are just purely about profit. They wouldn't sell me products without examining the cat. I wouldn't subject my cat to a noisy smelly and soulless experience. She would have been traumatised by it. I will shop again. Easy to park too.

Excellent service today when we went to get Denni a new harness and coat. Joe who served us was great, putting up with muttley’s excitement and making a fuss of her. Managed to get her fitted in no time and Joe gave some great advice and guidance choosing the size and style.
