In the drive thru they claimed not to have half the products we asked for, didn't give us small drinks with large menus as requested, and the food came out super quickly. So we got the feeling they did have the ingredients to make the food requested but just didn't want to. Staff was unfriendly and a little rude. Rushing us to just get out asap.

The ear was normal not warm.
It's funny I had to drink a cola with taste of paper. I will not support your straw policy. Also staff looks like they were forced to work in there under death sentence.
