I had my taxes done last year and they sent my confidential tax returns to the wrong address despite having my actual address on 3 documents that I had submitted to them. They did not try to contact the house that received this in error as they thought the mail would be sent back. It was not and we had to physically go to the house in which my tax return was sent to. Be careful on who you trust with confidential information. This was a nightmare.
