If you are recommended there for a scan or a test make sure to send all documents are sent well in advance and yes \YOU\ will have to follow-up regarding the insurance approval with the staff before going to the centre. It takes many many attempts to answer the calls and whatsapp messages are not promptly read and replied to.The place is either under staffed or the available staff are sloppy. My wife had scheduled a scan there and we sent all the documents well in advance but they did not send for approval. We waited 2 hours there. Inefficient I would say.

My Name is Aju, did my Hair transplant from Vida clinic on 17th October- Saturday. I don’t have words to explain my gratitude towards entire Vida team and especially Dr. Shahid Ahmed. My hair condition was too complicated to restore as my donor area was weak. I was not so optimistic and thought the doctor is just encouraging as a part of his Job. Team has spend tremendous amount of skills and hard work in spite of the offer fees I paid. (200% committed on work and not restricted as time bounded) I was wondering the mentality of doctors and their amazing works that is now days very rare to see globally, I am so impressed on work, caring all facilities Vida has. I know the money I have paid is not enough while comparing the service I received, I don’t have a provision here to rate more than 5, so I am giving a rating of 5 here, Once again thanks to all,
