I recently bought a table, chairs and bench. The table had a scratch on the top that was noticeable. I showed the delivery people and called the company. This table was replaced on the same day ! I love this type of customer service . I highly recommend this store for their selection, variety and different, well priced furniture and will recommend to all.

They have a wonderful selection of furniture and home decor that you won't find in well known stores and all is very reasonably priced. I've bought 2 couches, several bookcases, coffee table and many gifts there. They also have a back room (that closes earlier than the rest of store) with a limited selection of very deeply discounted furniture because of slight defects (such as .nicks)

Interesting business practice!!! Have spent thousands at this place over the years...nice stuff, no real pricing flexibility, but unique stuff. Went in this weekend to buy some things...a lot of things...many thousands in fact. However part of the order had an issue and wouldn’t work. We were showed a similar piece while shopping that would work. So I asked the price diff and was told maybe 100-150 more.... so I thought good customer, return customer, maybe this one time to save a much bigger deal... maybe let’s swap at no cost. NOPE....no can do, not even throw in shipping?? NADA!!! Lost a huge deal and a customer. Penny wise pound foolish I guess .
